COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The aim of the course is that students with theoretical knowledge about fiscal policy. Course is only a theoretical sense, does not include informing. Governments are also discussed fiscal policies in different periods. Thus, students will be able to more healthy financial aspect of economic analysis.
Course Content Discussions of the emergence and identification of fiscal policy. Question of the integration of the national economy, fiscal policy and public finances. Fiscal Policy yanbilim relations with the branches. Fiscal Policy objectives and instruments. Fiscal Policy after Keynes and between developed and underdeveloped countries, compliance issues and objectives of the vehicle. Macroeconomic effects of fiscal policy and public economy. State resources are to be allocated and the public approaches need to take on activities: Liberal Approach, Economic and Financial Rationality Approach, Anglo-Saxon, Anglo-American, Continental European approach and others.
