Course Objective With this course, student, commercial, business, commercial, examine the terms and provisions of the commercial judiciary, trade companies, securities, shares, stocks, and the type of partnership change, bankruptcy, pledge, and the liquidation will be able to make transactions and foreign exchange transactions related to securities.
Course Content The structure of commercial law, Commercial business and commercial agreements, Commercial judicial system, Trade Registry Office, Title, trademark and patent, Trading companies, Stocks and equity instruments, Bankruptcy and pledge, Negotiable instruments, Bills of exchange.
