Course Content The basic concepts of law, Legal System, Definition and types of rights, Acquisition of rights, loss, use and protection, The concept of personality, types, the acquisition and loss, Due to personality rights and qualifications, Family law and family law provisions, The concept of debt, give rise to liability reasons, Execution of debt, debt termination, representation, Types of contract, Concept and types of goods, Goods, property transfer and mortgage transactions, Enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
