Course Objective Nowadays, it is very important to do the job in the shortest time and in the best way. This requires a good study of the work done and good planning of the time. Effective use of time has become one of the basic conditions of success. Time planning is a basic tool in achieving one's personal and business goals. Time is not a resource that people can work hard to improve. Therefore, the aim of time planning is not to increase the time that is limited but to increase the quantity and quality of the activities carried out in limited time. Business process, work flow diagram and flow diagram, such as work with the study tools will have a concrete representation. Work study techniques enable effective analysis and improvement of processes. In this course, students will be able to analyze business processes, work time planning and improve their business processes by using work study tools and techniques. With the dynamic changes in the business world, the service sector has gained great importance and the work and time planning have become important in the social sciences as well as the engineering fields. In this course, process representation and analysis tools used in the service sector will be covered. The course will be taught in a practical and student-centered manner. Students will learn how to apply business studies and methods with sample practical projects such as classroom activities, homework and preparation for exams.
