Course Objective It is aimed that the primitive architecture that developed after the disappearance of the civilizations of the 2nd millennium BC in the 1200s for various reasons, turned into monumental architecture again after 700 BC, the emergence of architectural orders that determine the Greek Architecture, the terminology and plan development related to these orders chronologically.
Course Content In the process from the 10th century BC to the end of the Classical Period (330 BC), the layouts that determined the Greek Architecture in the wide geography from Anatolia to Sicily, temple plans and temples and other building types that came into use will be examined in terms of material, technique and plan development.
