Course Content	The Concept of Quality, Standards and Standardization, the importance of the standard manufacturing and service sector, management quality and standards, environmental standards, Quality management system models, strategic management, strategic management, participation in management, process management system, resource management system, the EFQM Excellence Model, the production quality control Inspection, and sampling, Total Quality Control, Control Charts, Statistical Distributions.
