Course Objective The aim of this course is to enable learners to acquire knowledge of terminals in business management and business management.
Course Content Terminal management principles, basic and secondary functions of terminals, units and facilities in terminals, operational management of terminals, characteristics of terminals (public, private, autonomous), characteristic features of business forms, organization structure of terminals, performance, economy, service standards in terminals, structures, technologies and functions, cost components of terminals, capacity of terminals.
