Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide information on planning, organizing, collecting data, risk management and application of corrective actions in the safety management system of the aimed learner.
Course Content Explanation of basic concepts related to aviation safety, examination of SHEL model, legal regulations and regulatory organizations related to safety management, technical equipment and its effect on safety management, examination of factors affecting human performance, examination of basic concepts about human errors in aviation safety management and error management model, risk management, implementation of corrective actions, security assurance, safety promotion and crisis management, error management models: Swiss cheese model, Helmreich model
