Course Objective The aim of this course is to enable the learners to learn about transactions such as ticket and ticket types, check-in and boarding.
Course Content Passenger services, terminology, ticket and ticket types, check-in, boarding and arrival procedures, passport and visa transactions, lost baggage transactions, excess baggage transactions, special passenger and passenger procedures, communication procedures, radio communication, sitatex messages, functional relations between passengers, responding to passengers' wishes and complaints and problem solving.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
