Course Content The formation and development of the public, public relation and target heap, Communication as a basic element of public relations, Behavioral dimension of public relations, Basic principles of public relations, Relationship between marketing and public relations, Basic stages of public relations and evaluation of results, Tools and techniques for using in public relations, Public relations in term of crisis.

1learns the definition of public relations, its importance and development
2realizes the concepts about public relations and disciplines
3To analyze the relationship between the concepts of “social responsibility”, “total quality” , “organizational culture” and public relation
4To learn the aims of public relations, principles, subjects of institutional identity and image
5comprehends the relations among the organization and management of public relations, crisis administration and the target audience
6learns the effective communication of public relations, impressive presentation technique, body language and means of communication used at public relations
