Course Objective	The basic aim of the administrative lawsuit course is to teach the students in the subjects of inspectionary ways and mechanisms of the administration by the lawsuit. Those students learnt the administrative structure and administrative acquis communaitare of Turkey will learn the inspection of the administration by the way of lawsuit. In Turkey, judicial and administrative jurisdictions differ from each other as in the case of Continental Europe. Thus, in this course, it is also aimed to give these differences between these two areas of jurisdiction.
Course Content	Turkish administrative jurisdiction system, the main principles of administrative jurisdiction, the judicial review of administrative act and actions.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	The student is able to distinguish between administrative jurisdiction and general jurisdiction.
