Course Objective
This course is designed for prospective teachers to teach concepts, rules and institutions of law and administrative law. To teach the rights and responsibilities of management in the light of the foundations of administrative law. To teach the fundamental laws of Turkish Educational System and the duties, rights and responsibilities of stakeholders of education.
Course Content
Fundamental concepts of law and administrative law; resources of administrative law; rights and duties in management; the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Declaration of Human Rights; administrative and judicial supervision of teachers; fundamental laws establishing and regulating the Turkish Educational System; educational stakeholders’ rights and responsibilities.
