Course Objective The aim of the course is to enable students to understand the tools and technologies of protein engineering and to understand the concepts of protein and enzyme structure and function as a basis for the design of novel engineered proteins for use in medicine, biotechnology and other fields.
Course Content Learning the structure and function of proteins, developing mutant proteins by changing protein structure and function for the desired purpose, methods and examples used in protein engineering.
