Course Objective Grasses Forage crops culture is one of the main source of high quality hay production for livestock. The main aim of this course is to provide basic information on grasses forage crops, to identify grasses forage crops species and to teach growing techniques of those species.
Course Content Morphology and anatomy of grasses forages plants, Forage plants, feeding and fertilizer use, irrigation and water order, cutting time and condition, nutritional value, seed production.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

7Be able to recommend the most suitable grasses forage crops to farmers;
8Be able to transfer information on the growing techniques of silage crops such as corn and sorghum to the farmers;
