Course Objective To inform students about the legal practices in agriculture and to ensure that they are aware of their legal duties and responsibilities related to agriculture.
Course Content * Introduction of the Course; Scope, Rules and Requirements * Basic Legal Knowledge * Provisions Related to Agriculture in the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey * Provisions Related to Agriculture in the Civil Code of the Republic of Turkey C Provisions Related to Agriculture in the Civil Code * Water Law, Forest and Pasture Law * Agricultural Reform Laws, Laws on Cooperatives * Agricultural Workers Labor Law, Social Security of Own Account Workers in Agriculture * Laws Regulating the Working Life of Agricultural Engineering * Reasons for the Emergence of Expertise, Legal Status of Expertise, Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities * Expert Witness in Criminal and Civil Courts and Administrative Judiciary, Legal Provisions Related to Expert Witness in the Code of Criminal Procedure, Code of Civil Procedure and Administrative Procedure Law * Expert Witness in Agriculture and Areas where Agricultural Engineers are Expert Witness * Considerations in the Preparation of Expert Witness Report * Sample Expert Witness Reports Prepared in Different Subjects.
