Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles about the agricultural importance of mushrooms and mushroom production techniques.
Course Content History, economic importance, place in human nutrition, classification, morphological characteristics, environmental requirements, mushroom production facilities, cultivation systems, cultivation technique, disease and pest control, harvesting and evaluation.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
