Course Objective Basic topics such as research and development, invention, innovation, technology and entrepreneurship will be covered. In particular, the differences, types, new paradigms and socio-economic impacts of the concepts will be examined.
Course Content Introduction to technological innovation and entrepreneurship, Relationships between innovation and entrepreneurship, Transforming the business idea into an entrepreneurial opportunity, Creating entrepreneurial strategy, competitive strategy and innovation strategy, Preparing a business model, Preparing a business plan, Risks and rewards in entrepreneurship, Product / service design and marketing plan, Finding resources and resource management, Creating an entrepreneurial team and organization, Operations management, Financial planning, capital sources, negotiations with investors and negotiation phase, Profitability and growth factors that bring success in entrepreneurial firms
