Course Objective	To be able to comprehend that there are production methods that will meet the needs of people and the industry, which are necessary for manufacturing technicians, and that the material properties of the hand tools to be produced have an effect on the product quality. To be able to recognize the types of materials used in the industrial field, to comprehend their basic properties and to choose the most suitable materials for design.
Course Content	It covers basic manufacturing knowledge, factors in material selection, determination of design and production processes, and development of hand tools production technology.
