Course Objective Students; It aims to have information about the functioning of the taxation process, the rights and obligations of the tax administration and the taxpayer/tax responsible, the sanctions to be applied, the forced collection of receivables and the resolution of the disputes through administrative and judicial means.
Course Content Tax law and sections of tax law, binding and auxiliary sources, taxation process, duties of the taxpayer, ways of the administration to control taxpayers, in case of failure of the taxpayer to fulfill his obligations The judicial and administrative sanctions to be applied and how the disputes that may arise between the parties can be resolved will be discussed.
