Course Objective	The aim of the course is to enable students to better understand the Turkish administrative structure, to reveal the interaction between politics and public administration, and to analyze the factors affecting the making process of public and political policies.
Course Content	The content of the course covers the historical development of public administration thought, the organization and functioning of the Turkish public administration, general information about bureaucracy and Turkish administrative reforms, and issues related to the supervision of public administration.
