COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective This course includes entrepreneurship theory and evaluation of business functions for small and medium-sized enterprises. Basic topics; The entrepreneurial process consists of entrepreneurial characteristics, the process of identifying opportunities and the business model. During the course, current entrepreneurial examples will also be examined.
Course Content Entrepreneurship, Concept of Entrepreneurship, Its Importance and Classification Problems in Entrepreneurship Research, entrepreneurship process and interaction with the environment, entrepreneurial individual and their characteristics, establishing a business, purchasing an existing business, business model, business concept, perceiving opportunities, preparing a plan, making a business plan, examining a case study , investment planning, evaluation of investment incentives.
