COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The aim of the course; Understanding the history of labor law, which has greatly affected the history of humanity, and understanding its importance, analyzing the provisions and results of the employment relationship, which is the basis of the realization of production and social justice, together with positive regulations, and in practice, it will provide the right approach to reach the right solution in every type of dispute regarding individual business relations to create the theoretical and practical infrastructure.
Course Content Course Historical development of labor law Basic concepts in labor law (employee, employer, apprentice, intern, employer's representative, subcontractor, workplace and business) employment contract, elements and types of employment contract, validity and invalidity of employment contract, basic and subsidiary arising from employment contract payables include arrangement of work (work time, paid holidays and annual paid leave), termination of employment contract and its consequences.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
