Course Content	Course Teamwork and Human Relations, Basic Factors of Teamwork, Managerial Principles of Teamwork, Motivation in Teamwork, Reward in Teamwork, Incentive and Goal Management, Trust in Teamwork, Teamwork and Stress Management, Power in Management, Authority and Leadership, Leadership Theories, It contains general information about Conflict Management and Resolution Leadership, Leadership and Change, Leadership and Performance Evaluation, Leadership and Ethics.
