Course Objective The aim of this course in organizational behavior to solve problems through analytical thinking and interpersonal communication to empower individuals and make a part of a team responsible to teach.
Course Content behavioral concepts, management, behavioral level, social status, role behavior, the concept of culture, organizational culture, beliefs and attitudes, personality and other organizational integration of personality factors, perception and learning theories, motivation, concept.
