COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective	It is aimed to introduce the concept of social responsibility to students with theoretical knowledge and universal values, and to transform this knowledge into active citizenship skills through civic engagement activities.
Course Content	This course introduces students to the concepts of civic participation and active citizenship within the framework of social responsibility. Basic knowledge and understanding in the field of social responsibility is presented to students theoretically. In parallel with the theoretical knowledge, students design and carry out a project in order to become aware of the problems of the society they live in and to develop their ability to find solutions to these problems.
