Course Objective	Medical records used in the health field, with a picture archiving and filing systems, correspondence, have information about disease notification.
Course Content	The importance of health records, health level, indicating the criteria. Statistical methods for hospital services. International classification of diseases. Health information system. Electronic health records, privacy of records, forms used in the dialysis center records maintained, and tracked disease notification procedures.
