Law of obligations, an important branch of civil law is to regulate relations of debt are examined. A large part of our daily lives and behaviors of action, the other branches of civil law than the law of obligations should focus on the importance of our life because it affects the law of obligations. Legal consequences of the actions and behaviors "Obligations" particularly emphasized the fact that so-called organized within the framework of the rule of law.
