COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective Organic Farming; without the use of chemical inputs in production, every step is controlled and certified agricultural production methods, from production to consumption. The aim of organic farming; without polluting the air with land and water resources, the environment, the plant is to protect animal and human health. The purpose of the Environmental organic agriculture courses; environmental protection in organic farming developed to teach the use of modern production techniques that do not harm the environment and human health.
Course Content The environmental impact of agricultural practices and sustainable agricultural practices, food security, biodiversity. Genetically modified organisms in agriculture and risk management, are expected from agriculture. Recycled vegetable production, organic farming fertilizers and manure, organic fertilizers and nutritional value of animal fertilizers, commercial organic fertilizers, commercial organic fertilizers, liquid fertilizers, mineral and microbial fertilizers, green fertilizers.
