Course Objective Fungus, the definition of organic mushrooms, organic mushrooms and mushroom with history of production and manufacturing systems described, as well as a modern organic mushrooms across business units of the course is described.
Course Content Place the mushrooms, Features and Botany. White mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) Production. Importance of Mushroom Production in the economy. Compost Preparation and Planting micelle. Pasteurization of compost. Some compost formulas, Compost encountered some problems during preparation. Important fungal diseases. Important Fungi Pests. Physiological Disorders. Beech Mushroom (Pleurotus spp.) Production. Organic Mushroom Production. Production of fungal mycelia. Micelles vaccination and inoculation Process. Storage of micelles.
