COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Associate's Degree

Course Objective It is aimed to eliminate the defects of the students by teaching the structure, working principles and parts of the laboratory equipments.
Course Content Definition of laboratory equipments, usage areas working principles, defects. Automatic pipettes, scales, heaters, coolers, magnetic stirrers, incubators and sterilizers, centrifuges, sterile cabinets, microscopes, microtome, ultratom, cryostat and tissue tracking device. Potentiometry; voltammetry, amperometry, pH meter. Spectrophotometry; colorimeter, photometer, spectrophotometer, AAS, fluorometer. The flow cytometry. Electrophoresis and types; 2D, capillary electrophoresis, immunoelectrophoresis. Blotting techniques, RIA, ELISA. PCR and thermocycler, DNA sequencing device. Chromatography and types; GC, GC / MS, LC, LPLC, HPLC, LC / MS. Autoanalyzers.
