Course Objective	The aim of this course is to inform the students about the monitoring of business processes from a quality perspective in the light of basic statistical information, determining the problems that have occurred and/or will occur and taking the necessary measures. It also introduces some techniques in the field of statistical quality control.
Course Content	In the course, concepts related to quality are explained, basic statistical information is reminded, preparation and interpretation control charts are explained.
