2102 Classroom Education

GENERAL INFORMATION
Graduate education-training and research activities implemented by the Institute of Social Sciences of Pamukkale University include master programs. The programs offer education in classroom teaching. The language of the program is Turkish; however, the students are expected to have a level of English to follow and understand foreign literature. Master program include three part which are taking course, comprehensive exam, and defence of dissertation. The candidates will have to complete 12 hours of courses. And than they will prepare their dissertation and they will defend their dissertation successfully.

Objective
The aim of the program is to raise individuals who develop a positive attitude towards research, have the necessary skills in their own fields, follow the developments closely, and constantly improve their knowledge and skills.

Admission Requirements
First cycle degree, acceptable score on centralized graduate entrance exam, placement through local oral/written exam and certificate of English proficiency

Graduation Requirements
A student must complete the required course load (21 PAU credits) with a CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00; present a research seminar and successfully prepare and defend a thesis.

Career Opportunties
Graduated students can work as an education specialist at primary schools.

Recognition of previous structured lectures in Turkish Higher Education Institutions, transitions in vertical, horizontal and university are realized within the scope of the "Higher Education Regulations", "REGULATION BETWEEN THE BACHELORS AND GRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAMS, ON HIGHER EDUCATION AND TRANSITION BETWEEN DOUBLE MAJOR DALL, SIDE DALL AND CREDIT TRANSFER STANDARDS
