Recognition of Prior Learning
A successful student who has completed at least one semester in another institution / department of the university or another post-graduate program of another higher education institution may be admitted to the post-graduate programs by horizontal transfer. The conditions for acceptance by horizontal transfer are determined by the Senate.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
All candidates have to complete at least 24 local credits (180 ECTS)with PhD thesis.

Access to Further Studies
A student graduated with a good PhD Degree may carry on an academic carrier as a lecturer or post doctorate researcher.

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Have knowledge in the field of energy management and evaluate, interpret and apply the current knowledge.
2Have a comprehensive knowledge about the current techniques and methods applied in energy management and technologies and their limitations.
3Complete and apply the information with scientific methods using vague, limited or incomplete data, and use the information of different disciplines together.
4Aware of new and emerging applications related to energy management, examines and learns them when needed.
5Define, analyze and formulate problems related to the field of energy management, develop methods for solving and apply innovative methods in solutions.
6Students will be able to design and apply theoretical and modeling based research; analyze and solve complex problems in this process.
7Can work effectively in disciplinary and multidisciplinary teams, lead such teams and develop solution approaches in complex situations; can work independently and take responsibility.
8Knows the social, environmental, health, safety, legal dimensions of the applications in the field of energy management, project management and business life applications, and they are aware of the limitations brought to the applications in the field of energy management.
9 Follow the applications of energy management systems.
10To be able to develop and apply any kind of project in his / her field, to be able to involve the employees under his / her responsibility in the project, to be able to plan and manage professional activities.
