1211 ARCHITECTURE

GENERAL INFORMATION
In this program, within the TYYÇ (Turkey Higher Education Qualification Frameworks) Architecture and Building Basic Field, the graduate education space of the field, the context and evaluation information formed within the academic processes for the 'academic and professional development of the discipline', and the specialization knowledge for professional practice developed in professional environments, again in the academic space. It is a master's degree program in architecture. In this context, it includes graduate-level education and research studies that deal with architectural knowledge systems, which differ on the basis of building knowledge, architectural theory, history and building departments, as an artifact and designed to restructure them epistemologically.

Objective
The aim of this program is to reproduce the relations of urbanization, modernization and daily life by analyzing them academically through architectural knowledge, culture and technologies; to share the education-training and research processes and outputs formed within this framework with the public in various ways. In line with this goal and within the framework of TYYÇ, in the Graduate Space of the program, to be able to carry out academic research critically, to present papers on the subject of specialization in national and international environments, to publish in national environments, to use their fields professionally as a transdisciplinary and to apply for professional practice proficiency. Being able to get the certification is an important qualification.


Admission Requirements
ALES; UDS/KPDS; It is arranged in accordance with the relevant articles in the explanations section of the announcement based on the graduation grade indicators.

Graduation Requirements
For graduation, the student is required to complete a 21-credit course load of at least 7 courses with an average of 3.00-4.00, to give a research seminar, and to prepare and successfully defend a Master's Thesis in accordance with the requirements of the relevant process.
