3Will be able to follow researches at other countries about educational economics that write in Turkey. In addition to adapt Turkish education system.
4Will be able to calculation educational expensive and give examples about other countries.
5Will be able to take researches about education-manpower-employment and research about brain drain.
6Will be able to explain the cost-benefit and cost-efficiency analysis and take examples about educational and other sectors. In addition to original criticism about this subject.
7Will be able to research about globalization educational industry and support Turkish education politics.
