The aim of this course is to teach students the principles, concepts, research and theories of exercise and sport in disabled people and to develop their abilities to enable them to apply them in sports sciences.
Course Content
1. General characteristics and concepts of disabled people 2. Causes, types and classifications of obstacles 3. The importance of exercise for people with disabilities 4. Exercise for Mentally Handicapped 5. Exercise for the Visually Impaired 6. Exercise for the Physically Handicapped 7. Exercise for Hearing Impaired 8. Sports and the importance of disabled people 9.
