Course Content	Introduction to cell culture, Examples of cell culture applications, Cell culture laboratory conditions and design of working environment, Primary cell line development, Immortal cell lines, Cell resources, Selection of consumable materials, Selection of media and other materials used, Culture techniques, Cell count and viability test, Cell freezing, Frozen cell thawing, Passaging
