Course Objective To provide the basic skills to be acquainted with the molecular biological methods used today.
Course Content DNA-RNA isolation and analysis, PCR analysis, AGE and SDS-PAGE analysis, Southern-Northern-Western blot analysis, enzymatic manipulations of DNA, RFLP analysis, plasmid isolation, molecular cloning, computerized DNA sequence analysis, site-directed mutagenesis, CRISPR gene editing method

1Understands the current basic methods used in molecular biology studies.

6Have knowledge about DNA sequencing methods with computer.
7Can perform PCR amplification and analysis.
