Course Objective The aim is to teach magnetic properties of nucleus, NMR device and techniques. Also, to give information on the illumination of the structures of organic compounds by NMR techniques.
Course Content Introduction, Basic principles, magnetic properties of nucleus, nuclear resonance, nuclear relaxation, NMR device and technique, chemical shift, spin-spin splitting, interpretation of NMR spectra, NMR spectra of nuclei other than proton, Basic principles on which NMR spectroscopy is based
