Course Objective Teaching students a package program written on finite element method for modeling, analyzing engineering problems, and also evaluating the results.
Course Content Introduction the principles of finite element method, presentation a finite element package program, two-and three-dimensional solid modeling in this package program, meshing the model by selecting element type, defining linear and nonlinear material properties, defining analysis type in solution, defining boundary conditions, applying loads on model, solving, getting results, plotting results in color graphs, evaluating results.
