Course Objective To give information about enzyme technology and kinetics to students.
Course Content The basic principles of chemical kinetics, thermodynamic and kinetic effects on the reaction rate, the general features of katalizinin enzyme, enzyme-catalysed reactions, kinetics, Michaelis-Menten equation, the Km, kcat, kcat / Km values, meaning, enzyme inhibition, the factors that affect enzyme activity, Allosteric enzymes and kinetics
