Course Objective Course aims to give an understanding of behavior of masonry structures and to give basic knowledge about historical buildings and sesmic strengthening of masonry buildings.
Course Content Introduction, Masonry Structural Systems, Behavior of masonry structures and damage patterns, Modeling and analysis of masonry structures, Earthquake resistant masonry design, historical masonry structures, introduction to repair and strengthening of masonry structures. .
