Course Content Microscope structure, Types of microscopes, Preparation methods, Tissue processing; fixation and fixatives, Preparation of fixatives, Dehydration, Clearing, Embedding, sectioning and staining, Types of microtomes, Special preparation methods, Histochemistry, İmmunohistochemistry, Electron Microscopic Methods.
