Course Objective This course covers the organization of cell nucleus and molecular processes taking place in it. This course aims to teach the fundamentals of nuclear cell biology with methodological and experimental approaches.
Course Content Cell nucleus, Genome, Cell cycle control, Transcription Apparatus and Regulators, Chromatin and Gene Expression I, Chromatin and Gene Expression II, Genome Replication/Repair I, Genome Replication/Repair II, Nuclear Structure, Import/Export, DNA Modification/Epigenetics, Alternative Splicing, Signal Transduction, Apoptosis, RNA Interference.
