Course Objective Main purpose of this course is to teach dynamic modeling of neurons.
Course Content Use of mathematical fundamentals for modeling such as linear algebra, differential equations, nonlinear Dynamics and MATLAB programming environment. Analysis of dynamic models of neurons and use of these models for understanding dendrites and synapses. Dynamic modeling and analysis of single and multiple neurons
