Course Objective Learning the neurochemical systems and structures which mediate to effect mechanisms of the drugs used for nervous system
Course Content iBasic concepts of moleculer neuropharmacology Pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetics of basic molecular and ultra structurals, receptors, postreceptor events, neuromediators. Serotonergic system, histamine, adenosine Dopaminergic system Noradrenegenic and adrenergic system Asetilcolin and colinergic system, neurochemistry of learning and memory Aminoacid transmitters,glutamete excitotoxicity; endothelins and nitric oxide; endogenous cannabinoid system, opioid system Neuroactive peptides, neurotrophic factors Molecular mechanisms and related neuromediators of epilepsy Neuropharmacology of motor and extrapyramidal system Molecular mechanism of cerebral ischemic processes Molecular mechanism of degenerative processes Pain mechanisms and related mediators Neuropharmocology of sleep and vestibular system

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Understanding the ultra and chemical structurals of nervous system.

4Learning the neurochemical state, effected molecular mechanisms, pathological substrats in nervous system disorders.
