Course Objective Learn to pronounce To give basic information about anatomical, physiological and pathophysiological aspects of parasympathetic part of autonomic nervous system; to examine the drugs that affect this system from the molecule to the clinic (physiological and pharmacological effects, mechanisms of action, their use in treatment, side and toxic effects, contraindications, drug-drug and drug-nutrient drug-disease interactions); discuss drug candidates about to be developed for the system
Course Content Clinical uses and clinical pharmacology of autonomic nervous system, cholinergic agonists and parasympathomimetic drugs, cholinergic antagonist drugs, parasympathetic system drugs.
