Course Objective To provide theoretical and practical knowledge about the basic features and application forms of spinal stabilization exercises
Course Content 1.Students will learn basic theoretical knowledge about spinal stabilization exercises 2.Students will learn the application techniques of spinal stabilization exercise on painful patients 3.Students would have gained a perspective in terms of protective rehabilitation methods against musculoskeletal pain to learn to use the methods of the spinal stabilization exercise in healthy individuals
