Course Objective To discuss the changes that takes place in the body with exercise. The changes that occur in systems during exercise, the effects of exercise on organisms in different conditions or exercise types and the changes that occur in body, the effects of exercise on performance and their results, the effects of personal and gender varieties on exercise.
Course Content Types of Physical Exercises and Muscular System, Physical Exercises and Energy Metabolism, Adaptation of Circulatory System in Exercise, Adaptation of Respiratory System in Exercise, Changes in Blood during Exercises, Hormonal Changes in Exercise, Principles of Nutrition in Sportsman, Water and Electrolyte Balance in Exercise, Exercise and Thermoregulation, Exercise in High Altitude, Women and Exercise, Child and Exercise
