Course Objective To understand the mathematical model concepts in biological systems.
Course Content Biological system concepts, mathematical modeling, molecular dynamics, oscillations in biological systems, rhythmic behaviors (glycolysis, inter cellular calcium oscillations, cell cycle), spatio-temporal organization, mathematical models of bio-macromolecules, complex biological system models.
